bapc_4.TTF file is not opening properly. I dont have this problem in other browsers. Why?

In mozilla the above said font partially opened. To check the land records in Tamilnadu state, we have to use eservoces.tn.gov.in portal. There they are using the above said font which is not opening properly. But it opens properly in other browsers. Let know what to do.

Type about:preferences#content<enter> in the address bar. Across from fonts and colors, press the Advanced button. On the bottom, turn on Allow Web Sites To Choose Their Own.

Do you see any error messages in the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) about fonts?
