Firefox crashes
Hi Folks,
My Firefox crashes 100% of the time when I try to launch YouTube Videos. I have updated all the software on my Mac, OS X 10.10.4. Firefox version 39.0. Under my Preference tab, under applications it indicates I'm using Quicktime 7.7.3.
I have tried operating in Safe Mode. I have un-clicked "Use Hardware acceleration when available" in my preferences, under Browsing.

Not a terribly technical person, can someone please give me a hand?

Thanks for all the suggestions, but what seems to have done the trick is this, the all HTML5 Youtube add-on:

n experiment, create a new, blank profile. Do Not make any changes. Use the new profile as is. Is there still a problem?

Thank you
Gave the above a try, but succeeded to wiping out my bookmarks. Well, it was looking good for a moment there, but then my launch YouTube video crashed after a couple seconds of play.

Among the programs flagged in the report;
libsystem_kernel.dylib = ? Word for Mac
For some time now, a lot of Mac’s with Microsoft programs have been crashing. Check with Microsoft / Mac support sites.
