I download Adobe Flashplayer application but it won't run. I already loaded the updated plugin.

I have followed the instructions from the forum. I uninstalled Flash Player. I installed the latest plug-in. When I RUN the Flash Player install application, I get the Adobe Installer box, but it is blank. I have let it sit for extended time (over 30 minutes) and is does nothing. When I close the box, Windows Explorer opens and looks like it is on the Adobe website, but there is nothing displayed in the viewing area.

hi Lizzieness, if you have issues with the flash installation please try to use the offline installer from https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html - for firefox use the windows exe-installer for plugin-based browsers...
