Process Type plugin Shockwave Flash Version:17.0.0.188
This is not a cure. Install this add-on and use it for now.
Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it
If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:
- see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

Please re-read the instructions on http://kb.mozillazine.org/Flash#Flash_Player_11.3_Protected_Mode_-_Windows
It says (in part) To disable Protected Mode, use a text editor to add the line ProtectedMode=0 to the Flash "mms.cfg" file, located in one of these locations:
(Windows 32bit) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
(Windows 64bit) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash

and one of my internal drive isnt even working, getting a crc message eariler and now that stopped >.<
I think it's time to talk to a computer tech. Your hard drives may be corrupt. Try to find one that works out of a major store.
I don't know if these can help you,
1) Perform a System File Check to fix corrupted system files http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
2) Open your file browser. Right click on your C: drive from My Computer. Select Properties > Tools. Run the disk checker program. This will take many hours depending on the size of the drive. When it is done, check the other drives also. Again, taking many hours.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
