I usually just have to click on Mozilla desktop icon. but today I cannot login. It keeps asking for passwords. I went to saved passwords but none are working.

The saved passwords are what Thunderbird is using.

Possible causes.

  • Anti virus/ ANti virus suite firewall. Check or disable
  • Mail server down Check with mail provider.
  • Internet down. Confirm by using a browser to open a web site.
