Can I get dTa OneClick to stop asking for confirmation when I click on a link?

If I right click on a link and select dTa OneClick, it automatically adds the link to the download queue, however if I click directly on the link it opens a pop-up window asking me what I want to do, namely: "Open with" .... "DownThemAll" "dTa OneClick" "Save File"

I have checked the box saying "Do this automatically for files like this from now on" but it still asks me every time I click on a link. Is there any way to stop it?
