Unfortunately, I can't respond to my archived thread, so this is to once more raise an issue I reported previously, which has persisted for more than two years: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/938648 In summary, when I try to make a donation via PayPal (the only method available) through the Mozilla addons site, I get the error "Please make sure you enter your email address and password correctly", despite those details being entered correctly, and independent of the browser (tried with Firefox and IE two years ago and at various times since, and again with both today). Here is a screenshot of what I see: http://i.imgur.com/AwET5KH.png I reported the error via e-mail to the mozilla.org webmaster on 25 Oct 2012, who replied that he'd forwarded my e-mail to the Addons site admin and the Donations dept for a response, but never heard back after that. Putting this out there once again in the hope someone else with the same problem might search for the error, find this post and corroborate the issue.
