Cant change bookmark location
bookmarks popup window doesnt show up and i cant change location in which folder i want to save bookmark

You can also make such changes in the Bookmarks Manager (Show All Bookmarks) or in the Bookmarks sidebar (F10 > View > Sidebar; Ctrl+B) and move or copy and paste the bookmark to a different folder.
Such an issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
