Hello All,

After a recent Firefox upgrade to 100/101 my browser at work and at home no longer saves my login credentials/cache for Gmail, Facebook etc.. This forces me to login to Gmail with password and username every time which I'm not a fan of. I have security set at standard in Firefox and I didn't change any of my settings that I recall. I'm using Windows 10 PCs and I'm also using Firefox Sync.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this?

Hi dear managers, In Firefox 101.0 i want to clear Saved Passwords from History Menu > Clear Recent History! But in new version of FF it is not there. Is there a way to clear Saved Passwords from that menu instead of Saved Logins... In Settings of FF separately?

I have used for many years Java in Firefox to stream live a stock market app. In order to continue using that app I have to use now Microsoft Edge. I would prefer to continue using Firefox. Is there a solution?

Hey there, I have recently completely formatted my pc as it was kind of slow.I then reinstall Mozilla fore fox login as turn on sync and had to login to steam but as i was logging in i forgot password so i checked my passwords as it was saved in Mozilla fire fox previously but i didn't see any saved passwords not only form steam i didn't see a single password of different websites saved on it is there any way to get those passwords back (i had already made an account and saved passwords on it but after re-installation I login to my fire fox account and still see no passwords). A quick help will be very much appreciated

In my cfg file for firefox i use a custom DNS server (Quad 9 which uses 9.9.9.9). It appears this causes DNS Leaks while using a VPN.

The line is this: lockPref("network.trr.uri", "https://dns.quad9.net/dns-query"); Obviously instead of writing 9.9.9.9 this line uses the above shown adress.

If i want to use cloudflare which is 1.1.1.1 instead of 9.9.9.9 what adress do i have to use? Still haven't figured this out...

I am unable to remember my Firefox account password after re imaging my computer. Fortunately, I did create and save my recovery keys.

I've reviewed the following article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-your-firefox-account-password-recovery-keys

However, when I click the pass reset link in the email as dictated in step 2 under the 'Reset your password with your recovery keys' section, I do not see any fields to enter my recovery key as highlighted in step 3. I haven't taken this step yet because I do not want to lose my password and bookmark information associated to my account.

Can you please confirm how to utilize my recovery codes?

help needed to stop firefox from cancelling the consent (tick box) for providing my logins and password details automatically when required. the tick keeps being removed from my "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" when I close firefox. How do I fix it please...

2 step verification can not turn off I have been working on this problem for days read help files you tube video asked our administrator 2 step is turned off for the whole company. It is affecting only one of my 4 computers. The setup will not show a button to turn it on or off and no pop up ever. Firefox and Chrome same problem.

I follow the instructions for setting a Primary Password (which is constantly being asked for!), but the page turns hazy and unaccessable when I click on the 3 dots and I never get to Options. What do I have to do now?

i own a macbook and have recently switched from chrome to firefox- in my mac settings, it hasnt given firefox the permissions to use my microphone or camera. it doesnt show up the usual list to be able to allow the permissions. i've enabled microphone and camera permissions for the websites i want through firefox, but i cant even unmute myself. i think i need firefox to give me a popup and ask for microphone permissions, but it hasnt done that- and even if it did, i think it would show up in the list for allowing permissions through my mac settings (it shows applications that have requested for microphone access).

Hi Firefox is not showing Accept the risk and continue-button when advance button is clicked. Due to this i am not able to access server. Image is attached for reference.

I tried most of the things i know (reinstalled, clear cookies and data, cleared history) but it's not showing this option.

Hello, Few days ago I noticed that Firefox started complaining about self-signed certificate issues, although I added my CA certificate to authorities months ago. It worked without any problem, but now I'm unable to open any of my internal sites anymore.

I tried to open a random site in Chrome, but the same issue. So you immediately will say the is in the certificate, but wait. I have few VMs running on Virtualbox, so I decided to test in there. Guess what, no issues at all. I tried in Fedora 25 (the Firefox version is below 100), then tried Windows 100. Both worked. Then I decided to update FF to the latest version, guess what - it broke again =]]

So something has changed, but I really don't have a clue what causes the issue. I attach the screenshot of detailed CA view from Firefox.

i want to remove these emails from firefox i have already tried to clean cookies and cache but it didnt work and i cannot find anything helpful here. can you guide me to remove first 2 emails from the list. Thanks

Just noticed, this AM, that when I was accessing saved logins screen it was showing the password without being asked to login using the system password. Why is that happening and how do I fix it?

I am using Firefox to interact with Babbel language software. I cannot get Firefox to allow me to use my standalone microphone. I tried all the Firefox recommended fixes, but I cannot make them work. I go to the "Microphone" permission setting. There is nothing listed there and it will "not" allow me to add the Babbel website? What do I need to do to allow my microphone to work with Babbel?

I installed Windows 11 and Firefox on a new PC. I used Firefox Sync to get my bookmarks onto the new PC. Firefox is version 101.0. I'm using Windows 11 Home, 10.0.22000, Build 22000.

When Firefox is opened it immediately asks for the Primary Password, then immediately asks for it again. I have to cancel the 2nd request before I can enter the PW in the first request.

Is there a fix for these multiple requests?

I select manual update yet the rotten things still updates itself every damn time and I have to reset my settings.

Really ticking me off and if it doesn't cease I will no longer use it.
