I can't get Firefox to store bookmarks on my Mac since I installed Monterey 12.0.1. I managed to find some instructions on your trouble shooting page but they do NOT work. Hate to give you guys up, but unless y'all can help me fix this, I'll be moving on.

Help continuously mentions something about clicking a "shield" to the left of the address bar, yet my up to date Firefox shows no "shield" anywhere i can find. Has an update obviated the need for it, and if so, do we have updated help files to reflect the new control for security, vpn and cookie usage?

What are you doing with Firefox browser. Have been using it since the 90's with very little trouble but in the last six months it has become hopeless. Just constant dropouts, but switch to Google Chrome and it's perfect. please fix this problem. .

Firefox keeps crashing randomly, sometimes at startup, and sometimes just in the middle of a session. Sometimes just one tab will crash, and other times it'll be the entire browser. I ran it in troubleshoot mode and it still crashed, so it's not caused by an extension or anything. It never used to do this before and I don't understand what's causing this issue.

My phone has been remotely taken over (cracked,) I haven't had any money come up missing so It's kinda strange I see my Google assistant come up alot when I don't have it enables at all also I can see the remote users Dos command prompt appear faintly on my screen I have had tons of downloads on my device from source Im not phamiliad with I factory reset my phone but how do I remove this backdoor.

When I login to my main Firefox browser and then access a website within a short while the browser screen opens up again automatically. In other words, a second window which is very irritating. How can I stop this from happening?

Greetings, I am Alvimutmex. A "not supported" notice shows up each time the Mozilla browser loads a webpage. After looking through the settings, I discovered that Mozilla has to be updated. Could you please help me update Mozilla? For instance, when I attempt to open (https://phoneinsurance.us/), I get an error warning.

These last two days I cannot login on any Google Service website. I enter my email and when I press next nothing happens. The same happens with website https://quora.com, after you login, a blank screen is displayed. When I try to login to the firefox account I get the message "Cookies and local storage are required", a screenshot is attached.

I didn't touch any settings and I suspect this problem happened after the latest update, 101.0.1 (64-bit). I restarted Firefox in Safe Mode but the problem remains.

On Microsoft Edge everything works fine. Please help.

I recently added Private Browsing on my Firefox browser. I do not want it and have tried several times to find a way to remove it, but cannot. Please help me. I am not very computer literate, so need simple answers. I see the Icon on my lower bar and hoped it would have an option for removal, but cannot find one. Thank you.
