I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

Up-to-date Firefox on Windows 10 laptop. Today, for the 2nd time in a week or so, the “mailto” function has disappeared; i.e., if I click a “Send email” link on a webpage, the Windows dialogue box to select a mail app pops up. When I check the applications setting, mailto doesn't appear in the list.

The first time this happened, I found online instructions to refresh Firefox and select Gmail as the mail client. I don’t mind doing it again, but I am concerned about the problem occurring so soon after the recent refresh.

Hi, good day/evening you all. Hey with a temporary disability I have a real need to limit my mousing and would love to see a feature request I could give a thumbs up on -- for the 3 line menu at the top right being accessible via keyboard. (Also at least some of the choices on it such as History via a hotkey -- after I have the main menu open. By the way I know about pressing Alt, then any of the hotkeys on the old school hidden menu bar -- I'm instead talking about the new always visible hamburger menu icon.)

Where would I search to see if there's been any discussion or progress on that? Bugzilla?

I DO NOT LIKE THE LARGER BARS AT THE TOP. It takes 1/3 of my screen. Give a choice or adjustment to bar sizes. I can't see all that I use to be able to see. Now I am looking for a new internet browser that is more like the one you use to have. I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW VERSION!!!!!!!

I always use the current Firefox on two Macintosh browsers running OS 10.14.6.

Recently (in only one of the computers), if I download a file, a pane containing recent downloads opens in the upper left-hand quadrant. This is distinct from the downloads portion of the "Library" area, and gets in the way of my ability to use Firefox efficiently.

I can't seem to find a way to keep this pane from repeatedly opening up as I download things. Can anyone help?

The LastPass add-on has somewhat spontaneously stopped auto-filling passwords even though I have that option enabled. I assume this is a Firefox issue because my vault is there just fine and recognizes the website and passwords (just won't autofill). Has anyone else run into this issue? How did you resolve it?

I wanted to adjust some system preferences after installing the new FF 100 OS. Found I can't, either by menu or by keyboard shortcut. How do I get my access back? Using Mac OS 10.13.6. Do I need to go back to previous FF 99 version?

i try to use firefox multiaccount container but it does not work. Better said if i add the add-on it does not show up in system bar (up in the right corner), but you can see it in the add-ons and themes setting menu. So there is only half of layout given but no function of it at all compairing to other persons using it, e.g. "how to use firefox multiaccount container tutorial videos" etc. Trying to handel the settings of it with the add-ons and themes menu does not help.

I use the firefox browser protable eddion for windows at my laptop and it seems to be that all settings are recent. As well it does not seem to be that i use there any privat tab where it does not work i guess?!

May someone can help me?

Ads and other annoyances that distract me from being able to browse the web in peace are a pet peeve of mine. Take for instance this example amazon prime promotion that loads in its own web page that cannot be blocked by normal means. I do not wish to use amazon prime and don't want to be asked every time I checkout in order to complete a purchase. To make matters worse, the options are deceptively colored much like how bloatware developers word their installation wizards. I want to be able to bypass this page entirely and get redirected to the "no thanks" option every time this page loads. Is this something that can be done so I can shop online without being nagged for unwanted services?

hi. recently f-secure was blocked by fire fox i believe and i removed firefox from my pc. (not sure why) i have now reinstalled firefox as i had a email from f-secure to say it was now available for firefox but despite spending the last 2 hours going round in circles i cannot find a way to reinstall f-secure. can anyone please help me? thankyou. my subscription is valid.

Hi Team, need your help pretty badly. font size and alignment of the page/gaps in few parts of the web site is too big and the configuration has not applied to entire page. It is not affecting entire website with whatever i make changes in configuration I am keep using firefox for many years now, please help me to fix this.

please refer the snapshot attached to this thread the menu font and mail content font is not matching, mail content is bigger than it expected(zoom out/in and changing font size has different effects for some parts of page)

My firefox is upto date, even re downloaded it and refreshed it. I go to the add on's menu and chose any one, and every one when i download it says "Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt."

I recently installed AdBlocker, but then a site I visit daily closes after it loads.

I uninstalled AdBlocker and the site still closes after it loads.

I assume the problem was from AdBlocker, but not really sure why this happens.

Hello! Hoping someone can help with this new (to me) issue. I've searched and can't seem to find any articles/threads.

When I open the wifi menu on my laptop, I also see a media player featuring a video I watched three days ago (image attached). I've used my computer several times since then and didn't notice it. It also doesn't appear to be functional, as when I click play, nothing happens.

Is there a setting I'm missing to get this to go away and to prevent it from coming back again?

I am a visually impaired individual, who is struggling at times to clearly and efficiently see the controls, menus, and bookmarks on the FF browser header/pages. I have adjusted every setting, on my own system and within FF, that I can find and think of. I have the webpages set the way I need them to be; I just continue to struggle with the Tab headers, menus, and bookmarks within FF itself. If anyone can help me, it would be GREATLY appreciated. TIA.

I have always had the Print UI disabled by setting print.tab_modal.enabled to FALSE. Since the Version 97 update today, this is not working. The FALSE setting is still there under about:config but the Print UI dialogue now keeps coming up.
