I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding my website (Mazterizes), and I am keen to ensure its optimal performance and compatibility with the Firefox browser.

I have noticed "https not valid" when accessing my website through Firefox, and I would appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to address this issue. Additionally, I would like to ensure that my website adheres to best practices for compatibility with Firefox.

Running on an M1 Ultra Mac Studio, Firefox struggles to play 4K videos in recent days where it would've normally performed fine. I've never had troubles watching 4K YouTube on Firefox, until the past week or two. There are no other applications running, and only the one tab open in Firefox. Just a regular 4K video. Why won't it play properly? Why does it start buffering randomly when I can see my network is just fine? Why does it just randomly skip 10 seconds every minute or so while playing? This exclusively happens on 1440p or 2160p (4K). Please fix this ASAP.

So I've noticed that after putting my computer to sleep, upon return Firefox will be unable to load any videos from seemingly any site. The temporary solution to this is to reset my computer as sign offs, locks or returning to sleep do not clear the issue. I've tested on different browsers/sites and can confirm that this is exclusive to firefox. I have booted firefox in troubleshoot mode, cleared my history and given the sites time to load with no luck on any of them.

Is there a solution to this?

I have just reinstalled windows and then Firefox. If I click settings then a menu item it just freezes.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Using Windows 11 Pro 22H2.

Any suggestions?

I have been using Firefox to log into the Social Security site for years. Today, I am unable to log in, after trying several approaches. I switched to Chrome and was able to log in immediately. What has changed in Firefox?

Unrelated issue. On this page is an option to "share data." When I tried it, nothing showed up, but there was a link to explain how to do it manually. When I went back to this page, it was blank, and I had to start over again. Not good website design!

Audio/Video frequently goes out of sync. I can fix it by exiting FF and restarting it, but this is annoying because it usually has to be done one or more times every day.

I tried to pay my Wells Fargo VISA bill online as I do every month. This morning it listed all my accounts correctly on the 'Accounts' screen, but when I clicked the options to transfer money, depending on the screen I was on, it gave a message "you do not have two accounts to transfer money from and to" (not the exact wording.)

I tried to use a different path to do the same thing, and on that screen it displayed the 'FROM' accounts correctly but the "TO" account area was blank.

I had to close Firefox, load Edge, and was able to transfer the money from the checking account and pay the VISA bill.

This has never happened before and I have done this transfer and pay operation every month for years. Something has changed in the browser and needs to be fixed.

Hello! I need some help. Every since 4-6 months ago, Firefox has been extremely slow when I boot it up at first, with some page load times taking more than 10 minutes. Some fixes have seemed to work, but they never work permanently. From my testing, it is not the result of any extension and the issue persists in troubleshoot mode. What has not helped my testing is that, after enough restarts of Firefox, the problem goes away and web pages load quickly, so this has caused some false positives. Has anyone else had a similar problem they were able to fix? Should I try uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling it?

I use Firefox for Mac. Often when I want to click on a link or complete an on-line form, a long list of unwanted suggestions pops up and orevents me doing this. Only by hitting Escape can I get control back.

By the way, I don't want any solution which involves clearing the cache, as I value that help.

I'm getting errors when trying to make online card payments with Firefox. Things like, Invalid card number, not being able to type number in box provided, (No Cursor). It works ok on some sites but not others. However, if I switch to the Edge browser all transactions work perfectly. This has been happening for some time (Windows 11). I'm thinking this could be a bug but not sure.

I have been using Firefox Mozilla for many years. This morning it opened up fine. Then this afternoon (Dec 7, 2023) it would not open for me and when I try to open a new tab it says that it crashed.

I looked and I do have Firefox as my start up browser in my settings. Thank you for any advice on getting back to my favorite browser.

Firefox use a lot of CPU time ( it reaches 100% ) while watching youtube videos in 720p on Windows 10, and videos lags and stutters too much. Not using any ad blockers, non of plug-ins are on. It does work just fine on Ubuntu on the same machine Vids also were working fine on previous popular web browser known for its spyware

Using hardware acceleration is on in browser settings. Specs are: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz 4,00 GB x64 Windows 10 Home edition 22H2 GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 635M
