My company has switched to using cloud Microsoft Office365 Outlook as the email server, but I would like to use Thunderbird to manage the account, and use the Thunderbird junk email filter.
However, I am not allowed to turn off junk filtering in Outlook, and have not found a way to set up Thunderbird to even recognize the default junk folder in Outlook, which is named "Junk Email".
By default, "Junk Email" is not listed under the account directory by Thunderbird, and Thunderbird does not appear to allow any name other than "Junk" for the junk email folder that it uses.
At the very least I would like to be able to monitor the contents of the "Junk Email" folder on Outlook, using Thunderbird.
Extensive Google searches so far failed to yield any insight on how to do that.
Thanks for suggestions!
