I am trying to add custom search engines to Firefox. I have tried the steps given in the forum thread https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1212596.

However when I try to go and add the search engine as per the article given above I do not get the option. Please see the attached screen shot for more details. I do not want to add an extension or a plugin, but just manually have the option of adding search engines.

With the moving of Cox emails to Yahoo would it be feasible for Thunderbird to put an instruction list(with screenshots) of how to get all our TB email accounts from Cox to TB? Do we have to delete all our TB email accounts and re-enter them into TB under the new Yahoo or can we just change the server settings on the existing Cox settings? If just changing server settings what are the settings for the new yahoo? All my accounts are IMAP so if instructions could be made, maybe one for IMAP and one for POP for those who use either. When I try to use needed tools on websites, Mozilla is blocking the page from opening. USPS will not allow me to track a package. When I enter the tracking number, the page just sits on white and the search just spins

I used to be able to select a range of e mails using the cursor to select the first e mail and then press shift key and the last email with the cursor to select the range of e mailsin my inbox to delete them. I could use the delete key, the button in Thunderbird or right click to bring up some functiosn such as delete selected messages. When I do this now the messages, which are normally unread, show as read but have not been deleted. I try again with the now read messages but they still will not delete. Its fustrating

I have had Thunderbird email account for years and now I have problems getting my emails to come through on a regular basis. I have to shut down my PC and then restart to get emails to come through. What is the problem. Thanks, James Craig Herring

Recently firefox stopped filling in my credit card information. 1. On a website asking for a credit card click on the credit card number box. 2. Choose the car from the popup. 3. Popup disappears but nothing is filled in on the website form. 4. Use Google Pay or PayPal to purchase.

This used to work.

Firefox goes to eBay Portugal instead of eBay USA. In order to complete a specific task, I had to use Edge browser to get there. Why does it do that? How do I fix it?

New computer since a week ago. Thunderbird was fully functional the first days. Not using the computer for last 3 days.

Google ReCaptcha is not working on literally all websites. Once I click on checkbox "I'm not a robot" It gets stuck on infinite loop. Although working on Mac OS in Firefox and Chrome or any other browsers. The issue is primarily with Windows version

When TB starts up, the only folders I can see are Recent. I can go to View/Folders and click ALL, and as soon as I move the mouse away from that menu item, it switches back to Recent. This started on version 115.09, but persists after I've "upgraded" to 115.10.1.

It has now (5/3/24 17:25 CDT) been 2-1/2 days since I submitted this problem, and no one has responded that it has even been noticed, much less solved. One of my two email accounts is a POP3, and the other is IMAP. The IMAP account Inbox doesn't even show up on the TB home screen. (If that info is of any help).

PLEASE ADVISE. My emails are an integral part of my business, and I cannot get to almost any them.

Headlines and other tabs are not showing text properly - Not even a different language - Example of the way a headline or tab would read: Vj cv)u"k# with other parts of the website reading is ok. Especially in the application Vimeo.

I have rebooted computer and confirmed it is something to do with Firefox because when I go and use another platform like chrome it looks fine, no problems.

I use Thunderbird to manage my single email account. It is not a gmail account. I have received emails from others with a gmail accout, but my replies are not received by them. New emails from me to a gmail account are similarly not received. Any ideas on how to configure Thunderbird to handle this problem?

there seem to be a recaptcha issue - it was working yesterday, and today it doesn't. Over the last few weeks, emails have vanished from my inbox, as well as trash, templates and other mail boxes. In may cases, no emails are being displayed, when "total message count" shows messages are present. In other cases, several days of recent messages have disappeared.

I have tried "repair folders," deleting "smart mailboxes' and even deleting the .mlf file of one inbox without success.

I have 6 email accounts including 2 GMail. The problem is in all of them. As the screenshot shows, there is a disparity between total messages and displayed messages in all boxes (partial view of accounts).

I sent an email with multiple BCCs and no CCs or TOs, I put myself as one of the BCCs.

I did not receive it and I do not think anybody else did as well since I asked a few people.

The email is in the sent folder. I tried forwarding the email from my sent folder to myself as CC, and that worked. I also tried fowarding as BCC, and that worked.

So what is going on? Is BCC working? How can I know for certain? Do I need to foward the email as BCCs to all my BCCs to get this to work?
