Hello, By default, DoH fails on Max Protection in the latest OS versions listed above. The workaround I've discovered is using https://1.1.1.1/dns-query, but I would rather use the default settings.

I have tried several suggested fixes to get the Washington Post website to work properly, including reloading Firefox. Links within the site fail to load, pictures are hazy low-resolution, sometimes content doesn't display at all, or does so briefly before going blank. The problem seemed to start after an update 2 weeks ago. I am about to give up trying to fix this, and choose another browser. I don't understand why the problem only affects the WaPo website, which runs fine on chrome or Safari.

I need to set up several gmail accounts in Thunderbird. The accounts exist; I can see email by going to gmail's webmail for them. I'm running Thunderbird 115.10.1 on Windows 11.

I choose Tools > Account Settings > Add Mail Account then provide the name, email address, password, then TB validates the credentials with gmail's systems. I get a green light message saying that gmail found the entries. I then provide the appropriate POP3 server name and port address and the appropriate SMTP server name and port address and confirm security settings - all of which were verified and carefully edited when entered. TB then sends the information to google and after an very long delay returns a message saying the attempt failed, probably due to incorrect password or settings. All of the information and settings - including the password which was copied and pasted AND the same one used to log in to gmail webmail - are correct.

Obviously, I'm doing something wrong but don't know what. The error message is so generic as to be unhelpful.

Can anyone help me discover the problem?

just lost several hundred tabs on Firefox mobile right after it updated itself. The most recent tabs show only ten of those tabs, which were all opened and closed today and aren't part of what I need to restore.

How do I get my tabs back? I've seen no 'restore previous session' option. My laptop only shows the few I have open now. What do I do to restore them?

Hi. Is there a way to disable this popup in firefox android? I see it's an option on desktop via support:config, but not mobile. It is persistent and takes up a good chunk of the screen. When downloading a lot of images in a row it makes navigation difficult.

I'm confident there's a way bc I'm sure tons of us have been asking the same question for a long time now. If not - 'new feature/bug request' I/we will do.

After the browser update earlier today I cannot log into 'You Tube TV'. The browser keeps asking for my email and password over and over and never signs me in. It keeps telling that I am signed out and need to sign in, over and over. I cleared my cache and cookies. I changed my sign in from my yahoo email to my gmail account and it still will not work. If I use the chrome browser it works fine. Please Help.

I've been trying to delete cookies and site data multiple times and it will not delete, even after multiple attempts to fix it. Such as deleting Mozilla folder in file explorer and downloading an extension to delete cookies and cache. Everything else gets deleted fine except for 2 sites.

Web cam image on web page stopped working after last update. Using win 11. Tried refresh, worked last time but not this time, checked permission security settings. Can get the camera image on a tablet but not laptop. (lenovo) Anything I might have missed?

I have Screwfix.com as a bookmark in my Firefox browser(default) and have recently found that I am unable to log in to Screwfix.

Screwfix tell me that I should be able to log in using Microsoft Edge (I can) but I prefer Firefox!

Can you sort this out for me please?

The file icons on by desktop were always the standard color but now the are blue and white why did this happen. I know I can change each one back individually but how can I change them in mass.

Using Thunderbird on Linux I cannot delete any local folders, when I try to delete them I get more copies of the folders on reopening Thunderbird, after the system says it is "not responding" and I close it down. I have tried several times and now have multiple copies of the local folders I've tried to delete.

I can login from other web browsers, but not Firefox. What's going on?
