I've Firefox version 25.0 installed in our WIN 7 System. The browser opens with the Firefox Start Page always, even after I set the home page
I've installed the Firefox Browser version 25.0 in our office Win 7 (32 bit)Professional System. When the firefox icon is clicked, it opens with the Firefox Start Page, even after setting the Home Page for our Web mail. I find the setting is reversed back to the Firefox Start Page repeatedly within a couple of days.
How to remove this bug?

What kind of software gives this 'Allow the Change' confirmation dialog?
Is that Advanced SystemCare?

You seem to have the home page set to the default about:home page as it isn't showing in the System Details List as a modified pref.
You can set the home page by opening the web page in a tab and dragging the tab or the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location bar on the toolbar Home button and confirm.
- Tools > Options > General > Startup: Home page

As I have stated this method hasn't helped, in the problem itself, and I now I doubt my start up monitor program to have reversed my setting of home page. Anyhow, I've updated my Firefox version to 27.0 yesterday, and await the effect. I've set the Home page again, and have also clicked 'Allow the Change' option shown by the installed control program. So far, the problem has not returned.

Yes, indeed!
