Not Authorize error when URL that works in IE is entered in Firefox 17.0.9

I copied a URL from IE that opens fine and pasted it to Firefox 17.0.9 and hit Enter. All I get is "Not Authorized" error.

You may close this. Problem went away after clearing cookies, restarting my PC and logging back in to start app in Firefox. Didn't need to update to latest version of Firefox yet, since most of our apps only support up to version 17 or maybe 18 at the latest.

Please update to the latest version which is 26.0. This may fix the issue.

You may close this. Problem went away after clearing cookies, restarting my PC and logging back in to start app in Firefox. Didn't need to update to latest version of Firefox yet, since most of our apps only support up to version 17 or maybe 18 at the latest.
