When I press a letter on my keyboard, firefox advice me to a website I've been visited a lot but I don't have saved and don't want to be showned.
Hi! I have a problem. When I press certain keys (When I'm about to write in the address bar) on my keyboard Firefox will suggest sites that I've been visiting a lot, but I haven't bookmarkt or saved in any way. I don't want Firefox to show these suggestion. I have cleared all history and stuff like that. But the suggestion is still there and it's a different type from all other suggestion (like pages you saved or "just visited") it's more like you press a key, let's say "G", and then the suggestion fill in the rest, like "oogle.com". The thing is I want suggestion from bookmarks and "just visited" sites, but when I delete website history I want it gone. Now I have to have the options on "Show nothing", in the Firefox options menu, which is shame. So my question is basically: How do I disable the option so these Firefox suggestions won't show?

See Control whether Firefox automatically fills in forms or try these follow steps: go to menu->history-> view all hystory. Here right click on the link of the website and select "don t remember this website" or similar.

Those can be websites that you typed or pasted in the location bar and those are treated differently (stored with a typed=1 flag in the places.sqlite file).
Use these steps to remove data from a drop-down list:
- highlight an entry in the drop-down list
- press the Delete key (on Mac: Shift+Delete) to remove it.
