you can use adons to block sites you don't want to visit https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/leechblock/
I guess you are going to need something that requires passwords. Then maybe have someone else with the password block it and set up so you normally use the account with the parental controls or whatever.
Obviously there are methods of circumventing most measures but it may just be enough to help you avoid temptations.
