Likely a rootkit, try TDSSkiller and follow the directions on the page http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/tdsskiller/

It is possible that it is either trojan or adware. For adware, scan with Adwcleaner. For Trojan, scan with Hitman pro - it should detect most of rootkits as well, though in such cases I would recommend using TDSS Killer for removal.
