Adblock plus works on main identitiy, stopped on other profile, when i try to download it on the other identity,'firefox cannot modify file'message.help please
not sure why, but adplus block not working on other account. When i tried to download it again it says firefox cannot complete... cannot modify file, help please, the amount of pop ups and ads and the size of them is annoying to say the least. thanks

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the files extensions.* (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.
New files will be created when required.

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left side of the Search Bar (or click the "Find Updates" button in older Firefox versions) to check if there is a compatibility update available.
If this hasn't helped then also try to delete the addons.sqlite file.

Please contact the developer of the add-on as this will let them know that a fix will need to be pushed out.
