That is not possible at this time. Due to technical reasons Firefox starts up with a lightweight Java UI. We don't have html rendering capabilities on start-up.

To avoid loading the home page. Mobile browsing is for emergency search.. so only no Home screen setup... https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/getting-started-firefox-mobile
