a folder named new home disapeared from under the bookmarks section and it had many bookmarks.
i bookmarked a new site & was moving it up & into one of my folders when for some reason the folder "New Home" just disappeared from under the bookmarks section.
Now that I'm in your trouble shooting area my screen must be at 150% or more! How do I get back to 100% like the rest of my screens?
I'm not a real techie person, so plain English would really be appreciated, thanks.

You may have moved that "New Home" by accident into one of the other folders.
Try to open the bookmarks in the sidebar (Ctrl+B) and click in the bookmark area to set focus to that area and then quickly press the first letters of the folder (in your case: new) to see if that brings up that lost folder.
The search bar only searches bookmarks and not folders and doesn't show the location.
You need to click at the far left in that area to prevent opening the bookmark.

Thanks ... your suggestion solved my lost folder problem. I found it in another folder.
