When browsing, every time i hover the mouse over something or scroll, black squares flash on my screen above the text/window(when scrolling) I replaced my HD yesterday and Ive been having this issue ever since, before that I did not have a single problem. I have all drivers up to date.

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.
