I have the Windows task bar set vertically on the left of the screen and set to auto hide. Whenever I download something [and I never set the download window to close after the download] auto hide stops working, the task bar opens and the downloads windows seeks my attention by flashing. This is annoying, even though when I click on downloads to switch to it, Auto hide starts working again.
