You shouldn't have any problems with switching your internet provider. Firefox is provider agnostic, so you shouldn't see any change at all.
If you are still interested in backing up your personal information, take a look at Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles. You won't have any issues with the internet switchover, but it's still a good idea to backup your profile. Better safe than sorry!
