You are using a 2 1/2 year old version of Firefox, which isn't supported any longer, you need to upgrade to a newer version - either 3.6.23 or 7.0.1.

I have check into this but I read it was for Vista or 7 not for 2000. Am I missing something I can do with these instructions or change a few things to make it work. help I am so out of my league. Thanks for replying, any other thoughts would be great.
