I dloaded firefox to Windows 7 but it will not bring the favorites over. I clicked on "import" and it said it did it but they are no where to be found. Thats problem #1 Problem #2, The reason I have Windows 7 is because my xp computer crashed. On that computer I had Firefox and a big favorite list. I need this list, I want to open that list in Firefox but as you can see from problem #1 I cannot do it because I cannot find it. So #2 Question is "What is the name of the folder which held all of the favorites information" and how can I access it. I miss Firefox and don't like IE in any form but these "Favorites" problems are keeping me using IE8, Please Help!!!!!

I'd like to hear from the "Awesome" support group that Firefox exclaims about on the support welcome screen. I asked the above question 3 weeks ago and as anyone can see there is no " Awesome" answer even though there are 3 other people with this problem. My opinion is that there is no such thing as a software program that works except for MacIntosh. I have zero problems with 'Safari' and zero problems with anything else that is on my Mac. I'll wait a few more days and if I don't get an answer on this I'm just going to purge Firefox from my system and look for something else. Unfortunately I have wasted too much time on half-butt programs such as this one where simple things must get needless research by the user to just do what it's supposed to do in the first place.
