Your best option in the first place is to contact the bank and ask them which browsers their site is configured to work with. Some banking sites are only configured to work with Internet Explorer.

I have had a contact with their support long time ago when I installd and started using Mozilla instead of Internet Explore so I know that Mozilla Firefox works with them. That can not be the broblem in this case.

Thanks. For your information. I spoke to my bank support and here in Sweden we can log in to: www.test.bankid.com. At this side you can test your ID. This showed me that there were a new version aviable that I did not have. So I did upgrade and then it worked fine again.
