If someone who's not me visits a website of questionable legality, will the users privacy still be protected by Mozilla after a crash report has been sent to their server including said website address (and the users IP)?

just never (NEVER) send crash reports. They will be useless anyway, because the crashes will usually be caused by the website. Not the browser.
