I have tried to download the new version Firefox 4 3 times. it goes through loading all the files and when it'd done everything is still the same. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The newer version looks interesting and I would like to be able to use it.

Hi Carol,

Go to Help | Check For Updates and you'll be able to download the latest version and install it that way too.
