I wanted to see if it is possible to over lap or link 2 browser windows, say firefox and explorer, view them stacked on each other and control both at the same time. As to where input from the mouse and keyboard would go to both windows simultaneously. Is there a way to accomplish this?

Not that I am aware of. Only one window can have focus at a time.
