You are currently using the last version of Firefox that worked with Windows ME. Firefox 3 upwards do not work on Windows ME.

For Flash, the last version was Flash 9.0.280, you can download this from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html - you need the 21.8MB download.

Direct link for the Flash download is http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp9r280_plus_archive.zip

This archive file contains versions of Flash 9 for all operating systems. Using a zip utility, you need to extract the file flashplayer9r280_win.exe and run it to install Flash. If you need the version of Flash for IE, extract and run the file flashplayer9r280_winax.exe
