I cannot access hotmail.com from Firefox. This has been happening on my home computer for several days. I am at a library right now and cannot access hotmail. com from this computer either.

This probably has nothing to do with the problem, but I still recommend that you update to Firefox 3.6.10 at http://en-us.www.mozilla.com/en-US/

That probably won't solve the problem, so this is what to do from there:

1. Type in "about:config" in the address bar of a new tab(without the quotation marks).

2. A warning message pops up, just press ok and move on.

3. In the filter search bar search "general.useragen.override" (without the quotation marks).

4. If any search results come up right click it and select "reset".
