i manually ENABLE GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL [TRUE] and cookiebanner.service.mode [1] in about:config.

EVERYTIME FF (ALPHA OR BETA) RESTARTS, MY VALUES ARE VIOLATED BACK TO TYRANNY-OF-THE-DEFAULT.

that is flatly outrageous. my settings break NOTHING. FF is wasting my time.
