For many months I keep having outages just in my home. There may be a week of perfect service and then a week of no internet, no TV, no service at all. I got a notice that everything was fixed at the end of last week. Everything was good and then there has been no service all this week. I am using my cell phone as a means of accessing the internet. This needs to be resolved for me. I have talked to support staff and have unplugged and plugged back in my wire to my modem. I have tried everything I know to do. There is something very, very wrong.

What does that outage have to do with Firefox Browser? Cell phone has data plan that is outside the scope of Firefox itself and how it connects.

I am trying to contact Spectrum to tell them my service is out and has been out for 3 days. This is an on-going problem.

Well this would mean Firefox forum can't help with ISP issues that is something you need to contact Spectrum ISP services about. And since your mobile work you should call and tells them the issues. Remember mobile uses cell data plan when outside your wifi range so that it still work for internet access.
