Hello,

I am wondering what if anything regarding settings, customization, data, etc is likely to break if I perform this update? THis has happened in the past and is why I turned auto update off. Should any intermediate updates be done to stepover/convert any of the data structures to a newer format?

Thanks, Steve

There is a big change from 86 to 114 so unless you have system image or restore back to last working image. I would advise research to learn about the changes from 85 to 114 as it's a big change.

Note Firefox 115 will be the last Firefox version for the Windows 7/8/8.1 platforms.

Best is to update Firefox via "Help -> About Firefox" until you reach 114.0.1 to ensure that all files are updated to newer schemes.
