I am trying to add some accounts to thunderbird but in the beginning on one pc i did not receive the mails nor could I send one . N ow i have reinstalled the app but now i cannot add any of the accounts it keeps telling me thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account Can you please assist with this problem

If you are wanting to add account, I encourage you to check with the email provider website, which should have the necessary information, such as incoming server name/port/security, outgoing server with same, and any specific authentication requirements. Thunderbird is aware of some common ones, but doesn't have them all.
