I think I have changed my settings in error, how do I start again? my current settings were, & if possible keep the same, SERVICE NAME _ mail.btinternet.com USER NAME - my e mail address SECURITY- ssl/tls normal password

please also note this- When I log on to t bird, I use a password, think i've been using liverpool123, but this now fails to work. I have also used same password for "out going service", same problem, does not work. So how do i log in & send mails. GOT TO SAY I AM GETTING DISABLED AND AM FORGETTING THINGS, SO HELP PLEASE
