cannot import folders from web based e-mail program
Can someone answer this question precisely without the techno babble and in plain english? this program and updates are s@###t

No I can not answer, because you have not actually asked a question, or provided sufficient context that I or anyone else can do more than guess at what you are trying to do.
If you want an answer to a question, ask it and offer some supporting information along the lines of what you are trying to do and what you have already tried to do.
I could tell you to add your account again using the IMAP option, based on your apparent desire to import a folder, but it might be just a meaningless statement about something you have already done 5 times without success or if might actually have nothing to do with what you are desiring to do and make things worse, because I have no context from which to work.

I suggest you continue your conversation there and not just make statement and fly like you did here and at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1318515
asking questions no one can understand and then abandoning them is not helpful to you or top the volunteers trying to get sufficient information to assist you.
If you can provide nothing more than you have been doing, I suggest you hire a technician to fix your computer or train you in using it, just as you would do if your car or refrigerator stopped working and you did not have the skills to fix it.
