Firefox not saving
As a student I log myself into every computer that I use regularly on campus one of which is at the labs and my personal laptop.
This one time, I decided to clear my cache and forget my history because some website weren't loading which didn't work. After that, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling firefox and that didn't work. What's worse is that when I tried to sign in after reinstalling, and firefox took me to a page that told me to enable local storage on my computer. This happened on a computer that was running out of storage so I thought that might have been the problem, so I cleared a deleted of stuff and that still didn't work.
At this point I gave up. After having left the labs to go back to my room and work on my laptop, I realised my firefox resets after every browsing session. If I go to the help-settings option and launch firefox in safe mode, all my stuff is there but I cannot figure out what my browser won't save across sessions. Because it defaults to no search engine and I'm so confused.
Can anyone help?
