Hello. Quite simply, I am unable to log into my SimpliSafe home security account using Firefox 85.0 on macOS Big Sur 11.2 When attempting to do so, a perpetual loop of verification email followed by return to the original log in page occurs. Able to log in with out issue from Safari browser, so fairly certain the problem is not with SimpliSafe but rather a filter within my Firefox settings. Am not tech savvy enough to attempt changing Firefox browser settings to fix this issue. Please help, and thanks. Jeff

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
