What happens when you try to uninstall?

Usually, on 64-bit Windows 10, there's an uninstall folder with a program named helper.exe in it that performs an uninstall:

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\ => helper.exe

Does running that directly work any better? If not, do you get an error message?
