I download VPN not realizing it was for Win 10, I have Win 7. Mozilla has already taken the payment. I can't open the VPN, it errors out each time, so I cannot login to request a refund / cancel / get any help. Yes I should have reaolized it was for Win 10, but I'm stupid.

It's impossible to reach anyone at Mozilla about this, without first being able to log into VPN and go from there, as again, each time I open the VPN software for Win 10, software has encountered an error etc...

Hello,

The VPN does not currently work properly on Windows 7 and 8 devices. Our team is considering developing a Windows 7 and 8 client, but is currently prioritizing improving our current versions at this time (Windows 10, iOS and Android).

If this is unworkable for you, I have sent you a direct message so I can assist with a cancellation and refund of your VPN subscription.

Today I downloaded Mozilla VPN, and the $4.99 was immediately charged to my bank account. Then, when I clicked on the app, it told me, "You can't use this version of the application "Mozilla VPN" with this version of macOS. You have macOS 10.13.6. The application requires macOS 10.14 or later."

Please help me. Is there an earlier version that I can download, and the trash the app I mistakenly downloaded? Can I even download an earlier version without running up double monthly cost. Can (and how can) I cancel the version that I have?
