Well I happened find an old backup of my rss feeds. Seem the update deleted the feed paths but not the titles. The exported rss feed was re-imported and it is back to where is should be more or less.

Naughty Naughty on thunderbird developers part for not catching this.. The top priority in any software, is never to touch the users' settings! ;)
