Hi Matt, Thank you for your quick reply. When sending an e-mail, i hold the control down and hit my list individually, as to who I want to send to. Also when holding the control down, i hit the 'bcc' initially, and as i am starting with each highlighted name, after a few names it pops in to the 'to' column. It all goes to the 'to' person, not to the 'bcc' before i am finished highlighting the names. Also i use 2 columns in my address book, my major column ( being personal address book) has names from the secondary column, (collected addresses,) pop into the major column automatically, weird. I then delete the unwanted name and next time i email it pops back into the unwanted column. Is this clear for you to understand my delemma? Thanks Wayne
