When Im trying to change my mailbox password via Thunderbird, I recieve a few notification alerts which are trying to access my mailbox. Thus not sure if the below ip address belong to thunderbird proxy?

That won't work. You'll have to login to your account via web browser, and change your account password there. Thunderbird will then prompt you for the new password when it's needed.
