You should not see the compatibility warning for every PDF, only PDFs that use certain features.
Anyway, I am not aware of any setting to prevent Firefox from warning about possibly incompatible PDFs when you load them.
The appearance of built-in web pages -- the PDF Viewer frame, in this case -- can be modified using style rules in an optional userContent.css file. Possibly this could be used to permanently hide that bar so it never, ever opens. I have not tried to do that myself.
Hello Jscher, thx for your fast reply. Indeed you are right, int only pops when a pdf has some forms to fill.
I will try that CSS solution if I solve it i will post it. Meanwhile any solution still welcome
If this is only happening when there are interactive forms to fill, you might check in about:config for the value of pdfjs.renderInteractiveForms and see what happens if set to True
