firefox was upgraded to 70. It has lost all my logins and passwords. I have tried the fixes I could find but NOTHING has worked. Can I revert to an old version

I would like a simple answer to getting my passwords and logins back , or revert to an older versiob of FF. I am V 70 something and on Windoze 10 In the future how do I save older versions so that when I run into a problem after an update, ( about one in three) I can dump the update until someone puts the FU right. I looked at replacing key3. V70 has Key4 and I am extremely pissed off about this. Why oh why do the updated keep rolling out so often without being bug checked?????
