Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

What account(s) are you talking about?
Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is the exact error messages?
I am using Firefox 60.6.1 - I wand to remove email address that I do not use. One way was to click on the email address in the left panel and there would be a box to remove it, no box or drop down to click on. Another was to click on the email that I wanted to delete then on manage identities and there would be a button to click to delete that email address but the delete button is gray so I can not use it. So, what do I do to remove a address - the name and address are no longer used. Thanks
Are you talking about sync? Thunderbird? . . . .
I am sorry - things today have got to me. Yes, I meant Thunderbird. I would like to remove an address where email is received under a name - such as an account named blank@you.com. I no longer use that account or return address and want to remove it from the list of email addresses that I do use on the left side.
This post will be moved to the Thunderbird support forum.
